2025

– Four counts of attempted murder, one count of accessory to attempted murder, and one count of possession of an assault rifle. Not guilty verdicts on four counts of attempted murder and accessory; guilty of the simple possession charge.

2024

– Three strikes case. One count of criminal threats with a firearm (third strike), and one count of simple possession of a firearm. Not guilty verdict on the third strike, the criminal threats count; guilty verdict on simple possession. 

– Torture, aggravated mayhem, assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury (GBI), and six counts of felony child abuse with GBI allegations. Not Guilty verdict on torture, Not Guilty verdict on aggravated mayhem, assault charge dismissed by the Court, Not Guilty verdicts on three felony child abuse charges, Not True on three GBI allegations. Client was facing life in prison and was found guilty of only three felonies, zero strikes, and was granted probation.
– Three counts of attempted first degree murder with personal use of a firearm allegation, three counts of assault with a firearm, two counts of discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling, and one count of discharging a firearm in a school zone. Hung jury 11-1 for Not Guilty. Judge declared mistrial and dismissed entire case.
